NEXCONEC FTTH Drop Cable is made of 1 to 4, 250μm individually colored optical fibers with fiber reinforced strength members, steel wire which also acts as messenger wire and UV resistant Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) or PE jacket. The steel wire provides additional strength suitable for aerial applications.

NEXCONEC Flat Duplex Fiber Optic Patch Cable is manufactured with two simplex units held together with an overall Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) or PVC jacket. Ideal for use in office LAN connections, Patch Cords, and internal point-to-point links where frequent handling is likely.

NEXCONEC Breakout cable is made of 2.0 mm Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) or PVC Simplex cables which are helically stranded in- two layers around a LSZH or PVC jacketed Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) non-metallic central strength member with polyester wrapping tape and LSZH or PVC final jacket.

NEXCONEC Micro Cable Single Jacket is made of 2-24, 250um fibers covered with aramid strength member and LSZH jacket. The cable is compact and fits up to 24F in a 3mm outer diameter.

NEXCONEC Micro Cable Double Jacket is made of 12(upto24), 250um fibers covered with aramid strength member and LSZH jacket. This compact 3mm subunit is then covered with additional aramid strength member and outer jacket to add rigidness to the cable.

NEXCONEC tight buffered indoor/outdoor distribution cable is made of 900um buffered fibers and rodent-resistant e-glass with water swellable tape and surrounded by an UV rated outer jacket. The cables are user friendly for installation in FTTX application for quick splicing in distribution cabinets.

Nexconec NGX High-Density Frame accepts up to 6 NGX Modules for a total of 144FO with LC configuration. Modular panel for multi-application with MPO System, Pre-terminated custom modules, Patch-Thru, Next-Gen Transition modules 40G-10G, or conventional splicing.

Nexconec NGX Angled High-Density Frame accepts up to 6 NGX Modules for a total of 144FO with LC configuration. Modular panel for multi-application with MPO System, Pre-terminated custom modules, Patch-Thru, Next-Gen Transition modules 40G-10G, or conventional splicing. Angled front with side manager for a better routing of the cabling.
Panel is supplied unloaded and the modules and plates are supplied separately.

Nexconec NGX High-Density Frame accepts up to 3 NGX Modules for a total of 72FO with LC configuration and 12 Keystone jacks. Modular Fiber panel for multi-application with MPO System, Pre-terminated custom modules, Patch-Thru, Next-Gen Transition modules 40G-10G, or conventional splicing. Copper module available with Cat6, Cat6A Shielded & Unshielded.
Easy front access with cable manager and removable hinged door, which provides protection of the patch cords as well as labelling. The NGX panels are supplied unloaded and the modules and plates supplied separately.

Copper module available with Cat6, Cat6A Shielded & Unshielded.

Nexconec NGX High-Density Frame accepts up to 12 NGX Modules for a total of 288FO with LC configuration. Modular panel for multi-application with MPO System, Pre-terminated custom modules, Patch-Thru, Next-Gen Transition modules 40G-10G, or conventional splicing.

The Zero U Panel adds an additional patch panel location to free up extra space in the cabinet. The zero U panel is installed vertically in the cabinet rail and creates a convenient point for distribution of patch cables within the vertical racking system. The Zero RU bracket accepts up to 3 Nexconec NGX modules. The Bracket is supplied unloaded and the modules are supplied separately.

The NGX cassettes are designed to easily plug into NEXCONEC NGX 1U 6 slot panel and each chassis can populate up to 144F. The MPO and single ferrule connectors are available in Standard and Elite versions to cater customer’s power budget requirements.

The NEXCONEC® NGX cassettes are pre-terminated modules MPO-LC/SC fanouts that are suitable for up to 100G applications to interconnect backbone with discrete connections. The NGX cassettes are designed to easily plug into NEXCONEC NGX 1U 6 slot panel and each chassis can populate up to 144FO.
The cassettes eliminate the need for splicing, reducing costs. The MPO and single ferrule connectors are available in Standard and Elite versions to cater to the customer’s power budget requirements.

The NGX cassettes are designed to easily plug into NEXCONEC NGX 1U 6 slot panel. The MPO and single ferrule connectors are available in Standard and Elite versions to cater customer’s power budget requirements. For the 40G to 10G version, each cassette can hold 3x 8f MPO Base-8 LC fanouts, while the 100G to 10G version can hold 1x 24F MPO Base-24 LC fanout.

NEXCONEC Transition NGX cassettes are pre-terminated ultra high density modules MTP/MPO-LC fanouts that are suitable for up to 40G/100G applications to interconnect backbone with discrete connections. The NGX cassettes are designed to easily plug into NEXCONEC NGX 1U 6 slot panel. The MPO and single ferrule connectors are available in Standard and Elite versions to cater customer’s power budget requirements. For the 24 Fibers 40G to 10G version, each cassette holds 3x 8f MPO-LC fanouts.

NEXCONEC MPO TRANSITION NGX cassettes are pre-terminated modules MPO-LC fanouts that are suitable for up to 40G/100G applications to interconnect backbone with discrete connections. The NGX cassettes are designed to easily plug into NEXCONEC NGX 1U 6 slot panel. The MPO and single ferrule connectors are available in Standard and Elite versions to cater customer’s power budget requirements. For the 40G to 10G version, each cassette can hold 2x 8f MPO-LC fanouts, while the 40G to 10G version can hold 1 24f MPO-LC fanout.

NEXCONEC MPO TRANSITION NGX cassettes are pre-terminated modules MPO-LC fanouts that are suitable for up to 40G/100G applications to interconnect backbone with discrete connections. The NGX cassettes are designed to easily plug into NEXCONEC NGX 1U 6 slot panel. The MPO and single ferrule connectors are available in Standard and Elite versions to cater customer’s power budget requirements. For the 40G to 10G version, each cassette can hold 2x 8f MPO-LC fanouts, The MPO and LC ports can be accessed from the front.

The NEXCONEC® NGX 36FO cassettes are pre-terminated modules MTP®/MPO-CS® fanouts. They are designed to be suitable for up to 100G applications, allowing for efficient interconnection between backbone and discrete connections. The NGX cassettes are specifically made to plug into all Nexconec NGX range panels with precision.
These MTP®/MPO-CS® cassettes offer an ultra-high-density solution, which populates impressive capacity of fiber up to 216FO (6x36F) within just 1U of space, when inserted to NGX 1U 6 slots chassis. The MPO and single ferrule connectors are available in Standard and Elite versions to cater to the customer’s power budget requirements.

NEXCONEC NGX SPLICING cassettes are designed for splicing up to 24F in a cassette. The NGX fiber splice cassettes are designed to easily plug into NEXCONEC NGX 1U 6 slot panel and each chassis can populate up to 144F with LC and 72F with SC. The high density splice cassettes are preloaded with adaptors and pigtails supplied with splicing accessories.
