FIBER CONNECTORS
Nexconec connectors are manufactured using state-of-the-art ferrules and components. Available in SC, LC, FC and ST in both PC and APC in singlemode and multimode PC. The connector consists of a polymer body and a ceramic ferrule/spring/crimp barrel assembly in addition to a crimp-over sleeve and rubber boot. These connectors are suitable for 900μm, 2mm and 3mm cables.
The connector is precision-made and manufactured under demanding specifications. The combination of a ceramic ferrule with polymer housing provides consistent, long-term mechanical and optical performance.

FIELD INSTALLABLE CONNECTORS FIC - ACFICxx-xx
NEXCONEC® Field Installable Connectors (FIC) are factory terminated and polished to make fiber terminations fast, easy and reliable. The fiber optic connectors offer terminations in less than 2 minutes without any difficulty and requires no epoxy, polishing or crimping. NEXCONEC® FIC greatly reduces the installation and setup time. It has a window feature to allow testing with a visual fault locator.

FIBER ATTENUATOR
NEXCONEC high-performance attenuators are designed to give accurate attenuation over a wide range of wavelengths. The male-female plug type configuration can be used directly on the end of a patch cord, which in turn can insert directly into an adaptor. Available in FC, SC and LC connector styles with UPC or APC finish, attenuators providing ultra-low return loss and are available from 1dB to 30dB.

NEXCONEC Fiber Optic Adaptors are a range of high-quality adaptors which have high precision alignment sleeves for high reliability and better repeatability. The housing is available in different colours (for SC and LC only) and with options for flange or flangeless body and metal clips.

SC EXTERNAL SHUTTER ADAPTER
NEXCONEC SC Simplex Shutter Adaptor is designed for applications where laser safety and dust protection are important factors. It is suitable for FTTH and other telecom applications. It has a high precision zirconia alignment sleeve designed for high reliability and excellent repeatability in single mode networks.
