NEXCONEC MTP/MPO QSFP Fanouts are small form factor high density fiber connector assemblies that breakout into discrete single ferrule connectors. Our MTP/MPO Fanouts are specifically designed for QSFP 40G to 10G transition application to connect between equipment or to interconnect modules/panels in a data center.
The fanouts can also be used for transitions between high to low bandwidth equipments. The fanouts are available in Micro cable single or double jacket options and individual connectors are available as simplex/duplex/round duplex cable options. The MTP/MPO and single ferrule connectors are available in Standard and Elite versions to cater customer’s power budget requirements.

NEXCONEC MTP®/MPO 1x 16 fiber ferrule cable assemblies are designed for cable infrastructures which are currently used for, or which are due to be upgraded to, parallel optics 40/100G protocols such as 100G BASE-SR10 or 40G BASE-SR4. The Assemblies are built using 1x 16 fiber ferrule interface, MTP®/MPO connectors, which can be used directly with 100G transceivers or, when used together with transition modules/cables, can provide 40/100G parallel transceivers or legacy non-parallel optics 4/8/10/16G Ethernet/ fiber channel protocol networks.

NEXCONEC MTP®/MPO 24 fiber ferrule cable assemblies are designed for cable infrastructures which are currently used for, or which are due to be upgraded to, parallel optics 40/100G protocols such as 100G BASE-SR10 or 40G BASE-SR4. The Assemblies are built using 24 fiber ferrule interface, MTP®/MPO connectors, which can be used directly with CFP/CXP 100G transceivers or, when used together with transition modules/cables, can provide 40/100G parallel transceivers or legacy non-parallel optics 4/8/10/16G Ethernet/ fiber channel protocol networks.

With water blocking yarn and E-glass added in the cable, this is ideal product used in the indoor/outdoor high-density applications. NEXCONEC Single Loose Tube is made of single gel filled PBT tube that consists of 2 to 24, 250μm optical fibers, the tube is surrounded with longitudinally applied E-glass non-metallic strength members, UV resistant LSZH or HDPE jacket.

NEXCONEC Multi Loose Tube is made of multiple single gel filled PBT tubes and each tube consists of 12, 250μm optical fibers, the tubes are surrounded with longitudinally applied E-glass non-metallic strength members, UV resistant LSZH or HDPE jacket.

NEXCONEC Corrugated Steel Tube Armored Single Loose Tube is made of single gel filled PBT tube that consists of 2 to 24, 250μm optical fibers, the tube is surrounded with longitudinally applied E-glass non-metallic strength members, Corrugated Steel Tuber (CST) armor and UV resistant LSZH or HDPE jacket.

NEXCONEC Corrugated Steel Tube Armored Multi Loose Tube is made of multiple single gel filled PBT tubes and each tube consists of 12, 250μm optical fibers, the tubes are surrounded with longitudinally applied E-glass non-metallic strength members, Corrugated Steel Tube (CST) armor and UV resistant LSZH or HDPE jacket.

NEXCONEC Indoor & Outdoor Microcore Flex Armored cable contains 12 fibers of 250μm fibers in a micro tube, which is accommodated in the helical flex armored tube, then with E-glass, kevlar and water blocking yarn added in the cable to make ideal use in the indoor/outdoor environment where anti-rodent is needed.

NEXCONEC Outdoor Single Loose Tube Flex Armored Fiber Cable is made of a subunit which consists up to 12 250μm fibers and with aramid strength member. Then in the helical tube and surrounded with metal braiding and PU jacket for high crush resistance for outdoor application.

NEXCONEC FTTH Drop Cable is all dielectric drop cable consisting of 1 to 4, 250μm individually colored optical fibers with Fiber Reinforced Plastic (FRP) strength members and UV resistant Low Smoke Zero Halogen (LSZH) or PE jacket.
