Nexconec Over Head Mini Rack is designed to fix on overhead tray to 19inch patch panels or equipments. The rack offers adhoc space to patch the cables for over the rack applications and facilitates for inter connect or cross connect applications. Special hooks are designed to help in quick and easy installation.

Our range of 19” wall mounted cabinets are high quality, competitive cabinets that offer real value for money in today’s market. Strong and robust 19” wall mounted cabinet, with a lockable steel framed glass door for safety and security, quick release hinges allow for easy access to the cabinet for loading equipment and cables, with gland plate covers on the top and bottom of the cabinet to allow for cable entry. The sides of the cabinet are ventilated to improve air flow.

Our cabinets consist of a cold-rolled steel frame chassis, a choice of glass and steel doors. All round access is available via removable side panels, while the front or rear doors have quick release pins for easy removal. Front and rear mounting angles are fully adjustable through the depth of the cabinet.
Earthing kit and foam cable entry glands are included in the base. A robust design and attractive styling combines strength and appearance; ideal for office environments, data networking, broadcast, security and audio visual applications.

The Zero RU Bracket adds an additional patch panel location to free up extra space in the cabinet. The bracket installs vertically in the cabinet rail and creates a convenient point for distribution of patch cables within the vertical racking system. The Zero RU bracket accepts any Nexconec LGX modules and plates. The Bracket is supplied unloaded and the modules and plates are supplied separately.

The fiber visual fault locator VFL-MINI provides efficient visible light at low cost to identify the fiber break points, fiber cracking splicing and bending as a necessary checking tools to the tools sets. The NEXCONEC® Dead Zone Eliminator establishes a connection with the OTDR and the link that is being tested, with the aim of evaluating the link's attenuation and the reflectance of the connection at the near end. This dead zone is provided in a robust, compact plastic casing, ideal for use in a rugged environment.

NEXCONEC handheld power meter is a full-function optical power meter, it aims at fiber network installation, fiber network engineering acceptance and fiber network maintenance. Combined usage with NXOLS201A optical light source, it offers a quick and accurate testing solution on both SM and MM fibers.
Compared with usual power meters, the NXOPM101A has more great functions/features of automatic wavelength identification and switching, as well as intelligent backlight control. Also this type has features of good appearance, good touch feeling and considerate humanization design.

NEXCONEC handheld light source is designed to match NXOPM101A, it not only can provide stable out power, but also it combined usage with NXOPM101A, they can realize automatic wavelength identification and automatic frequency identification. NEXCONEC Portable Inspection Microscope is the upgraded version, which provides network installer with high performance fiber inspection solutions. The whole set includes a digital probe, the monitor with the capability to inspect/record/file the data of fiber end face from assorted connectors.
This portable inspector can check the end face of pigtail and patch cord, and also capable of inspecting the connector end face through adapter which is already mounted on the patch panel, wall box without unplug the pigtail or patch cord from the other end.

NEXCONEC Optical Fiber Identifier can quickly identify the direction of transmitted fiber and display the relative core power without interrupting the current service. The fiber identifier recognizes modulation like, 270Hz, 1KHz and 2KHz with continuous audible tone. There are four adapter heads available: Ø0.25, Ø0.9, Ø2.0 and Ø3.0. This OFI is powered by 2 pcs very normal AAA batteries.

The Miller CFS-3 Fiber Optic Stripper, with 3-hole designed to precisely remove 1.6mm to 3mm fiber jacket, 600 to 900-micron buffer and 250-micron acrylate without scratching or nicking the fiber. Factory-set blade notches require no adjustment. A stripping guide on the handle is convenient for fast operation.

Nexconec high performance optical fiber cleaver is available with a single fiber adapter for 250 to 900 micron coated single fibers. It is a simple operation for the user to remove or install the single fiber adapter and alternate between mass and single fiber cleaving.

Nexconec connectors are manufactured using state-of-the-art ferrules and components. Available in SC, LC, FC and ST in both PC and APC in singlemode and multimode PC. The connector consists of a polymer body and a ceramic ferrule/spring/crimp barrel assembly in addition to a crimp-over sleeve and rubber boot. These connectors are suitable for 900μm, 2mm and 3mm cables.
The connector is precision-made and manufactured under demanding specifications. The combination of a ceramic ferrule with polymer housing provides consistent, long-term mechanical and optical performance.

NEXCONEC® Field Installable Connectors (FIC) are factory terminated and polished to make fiber terminations fast, easy and reliable. The fiber optic connectors offer terminations in less than 2 minutes without any difficulty and requires no epoxy, polishing or crimping. NEXCONEC® FIC greatly reduces the installation and setup time. It has a window feature to allow testing with a visual fault locator.
